Pour mixture into silicone molds. Freeze for at least 10 minutes until firm.
Chocolate
In separate bowl, combine softened ¼ cup coconut oil, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon erythritol, and 4 drops liquid stevia. Mix thoroughly until smooth and fully incorporated.

Pour chocolate in molds over hardened peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate in airtight container until set.
