Ingredients

Peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons butter room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil room temperature
  • ¼ cup peanut butter unsweetened

Chocolate

  • ¼ cup coconut oil room temperature
  • ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol
  • 4 drops liquid stevia

Instructions

Peanut butter

  • In mixing bowl or spouted container, combine 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, and ¼ cup peanut butter. Stir until smooth.

  • Pour mixture into silicone molds. Freeze for at least 10 minutes until firm.

Chocolate

  • In separate bowl, combine softened ¼ cup coconut oil, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon erythritol, and 4 drops liquid stevia. Mix thoroughly until smooth and fully incorporated.

  • Pour chocolate in molds over hardened peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate in airtight container until set.
