Instructions
- Melt down cacao butter.½ cup cacao butter
- Gently mix all ingredients. Save a small amount of shredded coconut and chocolate chips for garnish.½ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup coconut milk, 2 teaspoons erythritol, ⅓ cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips, ¼ cup shredded coconut
- You can either use silicone molds or a dish lined with plastic wrap for easy removal.
- Pour mixture into dish.
- Let freeze for at least 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
