- Melt down cacao butter.ยฝ cup cacao butter
- Gently mix all ingredients. Save a small amount of shredded coconut and chocolate chips for garnish.ยฝ cup peanut butter, ยผ cup coconut milk, 2 teaspoons erythritol, โ cup Lilyโs dark chocolate chips, ยผ cup shredded coconut
- You can either use silicone molds or a dish lined with plastic wrap for easy removal.
- Pour mixture into dish.
- Let freeze for at least 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
