Ingredients

  • ½ cup cacao butter
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut milk unsweetened
  • 2 teaspoons erythritol powdered
  • cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips unsweetened
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Melt down cacao butter.
    ½ cup cacao butter
  • Gently mix all ingredients. Save a small amount of shredded coconut and chocolate chips for garnish.
    ½ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup coconut milk, 2 teaspoons erythritol, ⅓ cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips, ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • You can either use silicone molds or a dish lined with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  • Pour mixture into dish.
  • Let freeze for at least 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
