Ingredients

  • ½ cup cacao butter
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut milk unsweetened
  • 2 teaspoons erythritol powdered
  • cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips unsweetened
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In double boiler, melt down ½ cup cacao butter.
    ½ cup cacao butter
  • Gently melted cacao butter, ½ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup coconut milk, 2 teaspoons erythritol, ⅓ cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips, and ¼ cup shredded coconut. Save small amount of shredded coconut and chocolate chips for garnish.

  • Use silicone molds or dish lined with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  • Pour mixture into dish.
  • Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
