Ingredients

  • 3 mozzarella cheese sticks organic
  • 1 cup pork rinds ground
  • 1 egg large
  • ¼ cup almond flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degress C.
  • In three large dishes, set up breading station for ¼ cup almond flour, 1 egg, and 1 cup pork rinds.
  • Dip your 3 mozzarella cheese sticks into egg mixture.
  • Dip it into almond flour.
  • Return to egg mixture.
  • Finally, dip in ground pork rinds.
  • Place in freezer for 15 mins on parchment paper.  
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite berries or vegetables.
Bake or fry these delicious cheese sticks for your family.  When you use pork rinds as the breading, no one will be able to tell the difference!
