Instructions
- Use our Keto Bread recipe.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut keto bread on a diagonal bias or straight. Lay the pieces flat on a baking mat, parchment paper, or roasting rack.1 loaf keto bread
- Coat the tops of the crostinis with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they get crispy and edges are golden brown.
- Top with hummus, avocado, or cheese.
