Ingredients

  • 1 loaf keto bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Optional toppings

  • Avocado
  • Cheese
  • Hummus

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut keto bread on a diagonal bias or straight.  Lay the pieces flat on a baking mat, parchment paper, or roasting rack.
  • Coat the tops of the crostinis with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they get crispy and edges are golden brown.
  • Top with hummus, avocado, or cheese.
