How did you discover keto?
After watching Dr. Berg’s videos, I decided to go on keto. His instructions are very informative and valuable. I also use his supplements.
What did your diet look like before adopting keto?
A typical sad diet.
Did you have any problems with your weight or health before going on keto?
I was about 30 pounds overweight, and now I still have to lose about 5 pounds.
How has your health improved since you started keto?
After 9 months, I lost 25 pounds. My A1C dropped and I feel great, and finally, my blood pressure has improved.
I’ve experienced a complete change, as I don’t feel hungry like before.
How does an average day of eating/fasting look for you on keto?
Now on intermittent fasting and no snacks, I eat 2 meals a day between 12 and 5 pm.
Does exercise play a role in your success on keto? If so, how?
I exercise twice a day with weights for 20 minutes total and walk 2 miles every day.
If you could offer advice to someone starting keto, what would you say?
Listen to Dr. Berg for long enough to understand keto. It took me years to join my wife, who has been on keto for maybe 7 years.
What is your favorite keto recipe from Dr. Berg?
I enjoyed many recipes that Dr. Berg and his wife presented, but I can’t forget the first time my wife baked his bread years ago.
