Keto Rutabaga Fries with Fry Sauce

TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes
SERVES: 8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 large rutabagas
  • avocado oil spray
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

 

For Fry sauce:

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika 

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking tray with parchment.

  2. Peel and cut rutabaga into ¼-inch sticks. Place in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Spray rutabagas with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Place fries on baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.

 

Fry sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
