Instructions

  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter on medium heat. Fry 2 eggs.
  • Build salad with 1 cup lettuce, 2 radishes, and 6 olives.
  • Add 2 tablespoons cream cheese, eggs, ½ avocado, and 2 ounces lox to salad.
