Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 218 degrees C. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine the 2 cups almond flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon onion powder. Mix until well combined. Set aside.2 cups almond flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Crack one egg into small bowl and whisk with fork. Set aside.
- In large heat-safe mixing bowl, combine 3 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese and 5 tablespoons cream cheese.3 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese, 5 tablespoons cream cheese
- Place bowl over pot of gently simmering water. Stir continuously until cheese are melted and fully combined.
- To almond flour mixture, add remaining two eggs and melted cheese blend. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Sprinkle and spread almond flour on large board. Put dough on board.
- Divide dough into seven equal portions. Roll each into long, thin piece, resembling breadstick. Fold each into shape of pretzel.
- Place pretzel doughs in baking sheet. Brush top of each pretzel with egg wash.
- Bake on middle rack for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
