Keto Acai Berry Bowl

This açaí bowl recipe is delicious and completely keto-friendly. It has lots of super tasty and healthy ingredients like avocado, seeds, and coconut milk. Of course, it also has açaí berries, which have a massive amount of antioxidants to help fight free radicals. This makes a great frozen treat or healthy dessert. But, you could even make it your meal. It's refreshing, it's not super sweet, but it is super tasty. Even you're kids will love this—give it a try!


  • ½ avocado 

  • ⅓ cup blueberries

  • 14 oz frozen, unsweetened acai berries

  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk (you can add more if you need to)

  • ¼ cup powdered monk fruit or erythritol 

Toppings (optional): 

Sliced almonds

Hemp hearts

Pumpkin seeds


Coconut flakes


Add all ingredients to a blender, blend, and pour into a bowl. 

Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
