You've probably been hearing a lot of bad news about COVID-19 on the web and on TV. In this article, I want to tell you about some of the great news that you likely haven't heard yet on the news networks. The truth is, there's a lot more progress being made with COVID-19 than the media is telling you about. I hope this article helps clear up where we're at with the Coronavirus.

In this article, I will cover:

Where Are We at With COVID-19?

As you know by now, COVID-19 is a virus that surfaced at the beginning of 2020, which causes serious respiratory illness. It's spread by coming in close contact with someone who's infected. The most common way it passes from person to person is by respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. This is why it's important to stay at least 6 feet away from others and wear a facemask. You can also get the virus from touching a surface infected with Coronavirus, which is why you should avoid touching your mouth, nose, and eyes.

Currently, there is no cure or vaccine for COVID-19. However, there are treatment options. We're going to talk more about these treatments in a moment. Until a cure is found, it's important to stay at home and limit your contact with others as much as possible. Those who are elderly, obese, or have preexisting health conditions are at a far higher risk of serious COVID-19 symptoms. So far, over 3.78 million people have been affected by the Coronavirus.

As of the beginning of May, the United States started the first phase of a three-phase plan to re-open businesses and the economy. This first phase will allow some businesses, including many restaurants, to open up. As we move forward and recover from this pandemic, there's some great news you should know about.

Hydroxychloroquine: How This Medication May End the COVID-19 Pandemic

Zinc has the special power to stop the reproduction of COVID-19 inside the cells. There's one problem—your cells have a wall that prevents zinc from penetrating into the cell. This means that zinc alone may not make much of a difference. However, there's one medication called hydroxychloroquine that acts as a door to allow zinc to enter into the cells. Once zinc is inside the cells, it puts a stop to the COVID-19 reproduction machinery. In turn, this can significantly reduce Coronavirus symptoms and duration.

A group of French researchers tried this method on 36 patients with COVID-19. Out of the 36 patients, 100% of them recovered within just six days. To ensure the effects of hydroxychloroquine weren't a fluke, the same research group did a follow-up study on 80 more patients. All but two patients—which were ages 86 and 74 and had preexisting conditions—recovered. Researchers also used an antibiotic known as azithromycin, or z-pak, which showed some benefits when used along with zinc and hydroxychloroquine.

What’s interesting is that hydroxychloroquine has been used for decades as a malaria treatment. The entire treatment only costs $25. One doctor by the name of Dr. Vladimir Zelenko has seen success using this treatment protocol. He recommends that you use this protocol as early as possible to knock out COVID-19 and prevent further damage. When COVID-19 takes hold of the lungs, it can cause long-term damage, so it's important to act fast.

Finding Success With COVID-19 Treatments

As I mentioned, the treatment protocol that Dr. Vladimir Zelenko recommends for COVID-19 only costs $25. This is a massive worldwide success. If the only treatment options cost thousands or tens of thousands of dollars, then it would be far less available to those around the world. However, since hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin are relatively inexpensive, this would allow virtually everyone to have access to this treatment.

Additionally, these drugs have already been tested over and over for their safety and side effects. They are known to be very safe and have few serious adverse effects. The only notable side effect is temporary heart arrhythmias in young people, which is extremely rare. In fact, Dr. Zelenko and his colleagues have never seen a patient experience this particular side effect. The fact that these medications have already been studied extensively means that they don't require years of testing to become available on the market—allowing for an immediate solution to this pandemic!

Dr. Zelenko isn't the only one to find success with this new COVID-19 treatment protocol. Dr. William Grace has used this same treatment and has seen zero Coronavirus deaths so far. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has also found success using zinc to combat the respiratory effects of COVID-19. Finally, the NIH recently found success in the lab using hydroxychloroquine on the Coronavirus.

Key Takeaways—COVID-19: More Great News

So far, we're seeing a massive amount of success with a particular COVID-19 treatment option involving two inexpensive drugs that are already on the market. These drugs are hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin. Numerous studies have shown incredible effects using these two drugs—with few side effects. These promising results seem to be a huge win for us all. If you’d like to learn more about the studies I mentioned in the article, check out this link.
