Ingredients

  • 6 slices ham thin, organic
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ pound cooked sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
  • Spray or coat 6-cup muffin pan with oil. Push one slice of ham down into each cup to line it.
  • Fill each cup with ½ pound cooked sausage evenly. Spoon 1 cup marinara sauce on top of sausage. Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Top off with 6 slices pepperoni.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the ham cup edges are crispy. Remove pizza cups from the pan and enjoy!
