Combine 2 cups extra virgin olive oil, 1½ tablespoon fresh thyme, 1½ tablespoon fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, ½ teaspoon red chili flakes, 2 cloves garlic and 2 tablespoons lemon zest in medium bowl to create marinade.

Marinate goat cheese in oil mixture for up to 12 hours.
