  • 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • tablespoon fresh thyme
  • tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 goat cheese log

Instructions

  • Combine 2 cups extra virgin olive oil, 1½ tablespoon fresh thyme, 1½ tablespoon fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, ½ teaspoon red chili flakes, 2 cloves garlic and 2 tablespoons lemon zest in medium bowl to create marinade.
  • Slice 1 goat cheese into eight rounds.
  • Marinate goat cheese in oil mixture for up to 12 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
