Ingredients

  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pepperoni slices
  • 1 jar Keto marinara sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay 12 slices mozzarella cheese on tray and place in the oven for 6 minutes or until cheese slices start to slightly brown around the edges.

  • Remove from the oven and allow the cheese to slightly cool. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and add Pepperoni slices if you would like.
