Really excellent information about health, nutrition, intermittent fasting and a ketogenic diet. Thank you!
thank you doc I learned a lot from you, especially the danger of maltodextrin.
His ideas about diet and what is wrong with S.A.D in USA are very informative. Though, I am in India, but his videos are so much more enlightening for me too.
My key source for health related information.
Thanks, at least I’ve got some good information about blood sugars

My first impression on this doctor; ineffable. Love his keto and intermittent fasting advice, just thank you!!!
I am a Nurse and tech entrepreneur. Innovation and science is what I live by everyday. Dr. Eric simplified a complex tooic without loosing the important facts. It’s talent!
I’m really far, far away from where Dr. Berg does his stuff – Romania, Easter Europe; no, we are not 3rd world – but I’ve been both curious and skeptical at the same time. The whole insuline problem spiked an interest in me and, with easy access to a glucose meeter, I began experimenting with foods to see my glucose levels (and observe insuline kicking in and out). So far, everything has checked out to the letter. I also made some comprehensive blood tests and everything checked out there too – I mean everything. You do need to stick to the plan to the best of your abbilities: go with veggies, they work wonders I couldn’t have foreseen and I easn’t even doing snacks/junk food/overdosing sugar as one easily could.
Also, I initially started out a weight loosing diet, low-calorie, using an app on my phone. Worked good enough, but I realised it could not be sustainable on the long term, nor was it an improvement in health (which is why you would probably want to loose the extra weight). If you must use an app, go with something that measures micronutrients and worry less about calories.
So yes, medical results, personal studies, cold skepticism and cross-references make me want to meet this man and shake his hand in appreciation.
