I have learned a lot from Dr. Berg’s videos. Particularly helpful to me have been the ones concerning weightloss. I have struggled with losing weight most of my adult life, but now that I understand the function of insulin in relation to fat storage, thanks to Dr. Berg’s clear and easy to understand videos, I have lost 15 pounds and counting, effortlessly! I can’t believe that no one explained this to us decades ago. It’s so simple! Thank you Dr. Berg for turning my health and life around!

Dr Berg and Karen have been helping people all over the world by sharing their knowledge. I have been his subscriber for 4 years now and everytime he uploaded a video, the video is full of new knowledge and it always keeps me thinking.. ‘ owh.. why didnt i think of that..!! It is very logic’ . He is not doing it for me or become famous.. but he is doing it to save lives..

I think I am beginning to preach my relatives and friends.. But joke aside. His videos are very easy to understand, make sense to my intelligence and coming from a family of doctors, I like to keep up with them and I am actually seeing results coz I hv hypothyroidism and I learnt how meals and fasting and insulin etc etc all affect every other thing. I always feel very happy,genuinely when I see a notification of his video. I still hv a lot questions but we’ll see if I ever get to communicate with him and get some answers
