I’ve learned so much from Dr. Berg over the last 8months. When I started I was at 273 lbs, today I’m 210 lbs and only 10 lbs away from my weight goal. My blood pressure has been normal for last 6 months and I’m feeling great. In a nut shell, following Dr. Berg recommendations has has given me the tools needed to change my lifestyle for the better. His videos on foods and insulin are key. Do this 🚶& 🥑🥗🥙🍅🥓🥚🍆🥒🥕🍋 not 📺 & 🍟🍪🍩🍫🍕🍔🍞🥔🎂🍦🌮
Dr Berg is on point with everything he teaches! His knowledge is based on the way human bodies function great teacher! Much Respect!
I have been on the Keto diet proper for the last 5 months, it suits me exactly because without knowing I have nearly been in Keto as I generally eat only once a day anyway. With Dr Bergs excellent tutorials I have been able to cut out the sugar and the carbs. I have never been over weight circa 11 stone (5’ 6”) but always looked and felt bloated. I’ve been going to the gym and eating the Keto way (couple of cheat days) I haven’t lost any weight but my waist is definitely slimmer and flatter and I never get bloated now. Following Dr Bergs informative YouTube clips has really helped me stay on track with my meal plans, I feel great, look great and my sense of well being and self is amazing. If your interested in the Keto life style after reading this review then you are in safe hands with Dr Berg. It isn’t a quick fix but you will notice results in 4-6 months with Dr Bergs in-depth knowledge which is apparent in his tutorials which capture you from start to finish in easily digestible 5-10 minute videos. First time I’ve seen clear, intelligent explanations of for example, the use of apple cider vinegar, how different minerals work in the body, insulin measurement and prediabetes. Dr Berg”s delivery is thoughtful, understated and backed up by scientific rigour.
