Dr. Berg is on the cutting edge of diet and lifestyle. As a D.C. I respect him for empowering people to take responsibilty for their health. I love especially his emphasis on potassium. Most people focus so much on limiting sodium, without addressing increasing potassium, especially since K+ and Na- are in direct relationship.

I just started listening to Dr. Berg YouTube videos! They are very helpful! I just started the Keto diet a few weeks ago. I am a little confused about my carb intake that I get from my veggies. DR. BERG says to eat up to 10 cups of green veggies a day. But since my carbs are only at 19 grams they rack up very fast when I consume that much veggies with my fat. Should I not worry about the carbs consumed from my veggies? Any help would greatly appreciate it!
