I live in Africa where state of the art or good medical care is scarce and hard to find as well as expensive when you earn local currency. Dr. Berg shares his passion for health and nutrition with gentleness. I learned so much over the last year listening to his videos. I use many of his supplements. However, I never, ever, feel pushed that I MUST HAVE his supplements. I learn the education behind those valuable missing nutrients from Dr. Berg. He explains things to improve our health so well, I am then able to teach it to my kids as well.
