I Made it Twice in One Week

This was so good, especially when adding lots of sour cream on top of the melted cheese.. I had leftovers- so for two mornings I had it for breakfast alongside eggs.

Easy and delish

I was skeptical these would even work but they were delicious. Easy to make. They are sort of like eating the toppings off of a pizza. 🙂

These biscuits are the easiest biscuits I have ever made. They have a great taste to them especially with butter on them. They are very filling so one will eat less LOL

Delicious dessert!

My battle with dessert at restaurants with the family is won when I bring something for me that fits in with my Keto lifestyle. These shortbread cookies paired with chia pudding and strawberries is an amazing indulgence! I don’t have to sit and watch others enjoy anymore. I enjoy too! Thanks

Made oatcakes with eyeballing /starting with >1/2 a cup of almond flour AFTER watching Dr B’s breakdown video on: which is “best” coconut flour or almond flour? With quarter teaspoon of coconut flour, and no baking powder, but used all the other ingredients that came out fantastic!
