Keto Sauteed Radishes with Green Beans

TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes
SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp pine nuts
  • ½ lb / 200 g green beans, trimmed
  • ¾ cup / 5 g radishes, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp erythritol sugar
  • sea salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add pine nuts and lightly brown them. Add green beans and allow them to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 

  2. Add radish, sugar and desired sprinkle of salt. Cook until radish and green beans are tender. Remove from heat and enjoy!
