Keto Sauteed Radishes with Green Beans

- 1Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts
- ½ lb / 200 g green beans, trimmed
- ¾ cup / 5 g radishes, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp erythritol sugar
- sea salt to taste
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add pine nuts and lightly brown them. Add green beans and allow them to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add radish, sugar and desired sprinkle of salt. Cook until radish and green beans are tender. Remove from heat and enjoy!
