Keto Almond Flour Chicken Tenders Recipe

TOTAL TIME: 30 Minutes

  • 1 Tbsp keto mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ¼ cup Parmesan, grated

Dipping Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp keto mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup, unsweetened
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment or use silicone baking pad.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine the wet breading ingredients. To coat the chicken, make a paste of the following: mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, thyme and cayenne.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients to serve as breading: almond meal and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Coat chicken tenders with the wet ingredients. Make sure they are well-coated. This will allow the breading to stick better.
  5. Roll chicken tenders around in the almond flour and Parmesan breading, pressing it into the tenders.
  6. Place breaded chicken tenders on to the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. While the chicken tenders are baking in the oven, combine all ingredients for dipping sauce and mix well.
