Keto Chocolate Cake

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes
- 3 large eggs
- 1½ cups blanched almond flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp dark dutch cocoa
- 1/3 cup erythritol, granulated
- 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
Cream cheese frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
Mix all cake ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour cake batter into an 8-inch greased pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool before removing from the cake pan.
Mix frosting ingredients in a medium bowl. Whip frosting until smooth.
Once cake is cooled, cut it into quarters.
Scoop on frosting generously. Layer cake quarters alternately with frosting.
Top with frosting, garnish with raspberries, and enjoy.
