Quick Wat to Lose Weight

For the liver enhancement I’m going to reference material from my book, ‘7 Principles of Fat Burning’. I’m starting on the liver plan because it will work for most people and all the other body types.

When people start this meal plan, most think that it is only for two weeks but it is longer than that. I just want people to try it for two weeks to see how they do on it. It is very heavy on the vegetable salad and very low on the animal protein.

What Type of Vegies to Eat?

On page 148, you are going to start on a lot of greens or vegetables and it is unlimited – no restrictions on the amount.

Some vegies you can eat:

  • Alfalfa Sprouts

  • Artichoke

  • Asparagus

  • Avocado

  • Onions

  • Peas

  • Olives

  • Kale

  • And much more

You want to pick the vegetables you like and then you want to eat only those. You don’t have to eat all the vegies that are listed in the book.

The stars next to some greens in the book are the cruciferous. If you don’t like those, I have it in vitamin form called ‘Organic Cruciferous’. I recommend eating cruciferous because it has a lot of great health promoting properties for the immune system.

It allows the liver to detoxify properly. It not just loaded with vitamins, minerals and nutrition, but a thing called phytonutrient which is a plant based chemical that help the immune system. You want to eat as much of this as you can at least 10 cups a day.

Potassium is a physiological tranquilizer it will relax you, it will help you sleep and will get rid of cravings to sweets and fine carbohydrates. You want to eat it before the meal with a little piece of meat.

Kale is the superior vegetable. It’s my personal favorite. There are two different kinds I like dinosaur kale and red kale.

You can put it in a replacement shake. I usually put some in a blinder with blueberries and bananas. Kale has 35,000 universal units of Vitamin A which is good for your eyes and liver.

What NOT to Eat?

As far as salad dressing, make sure it doesn’t have MSG or modified food starch with less than 2 grams of sugar. You can also eat organic cottage cheese, feta cheese or low fat yogurt.

Don’t eat starches. You want to cut out:

  • French Fries

  • Potato

  • Mash potato

Don’t eat grains such as:

  • Waffle

  • Pancakes

  • Crackers

  • Cereal

  • Breads

  • Pasta

  • Biscuits

Don’t cook with:

  • Corn Oil

  • Flax Oil

  • Olive Oil

What to Do if Vegies Cause Bloating?

You might find that cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli or kale cause bloating. Obviously, don eat those. Eat celery, peas, artichoke, etc. Take the list in the book and play around with it to find which ones work for you.

What About Protein?

Keep animal protein at a small amount especially if you are an adrenal body type. You can have eggs for breakfast, maybe fish for lunch and small piece of protein for dinner.

Always make sure it is organic, grass-fed or wild-caught.

What to Drink?

Only drink water when you are thirsty. Don’t force yourself to drink too much water.

You can have water with unsweetened cranberry juice 2 0z, lemon juice 1 teaspoon and apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon in 6oz of water.

If you are giving this to your children, you can add apple juice or stevia extract if they won’t drink it. NO alcohol. A good substitute to alcohol is Kombucha Tea.
