Summer Thyme Lemonade
3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 cup of water
2 ½ cups of green tea, unsweetened
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of Dr. Berg’s Electrolyte Powder
2-3 drops of stevia
Salt for the rim of your glass (optional)
Steep the fresh thyme in a cup of hot water, for about half an hour.
In a small pitcher, combine green tea with the electrolyte powder, as well as juice from the lemon and stevia. Mix well.
Add the thyme water to the mixture and prepare your glass.
Add salt to the rim, fill the glass with ice and then your thyme lemonade.
Garnish with an additional sprig of thyme and enjoy!
