Weight loss tends to be one of those “I know what to do, but I just don’t do it” things, so “I’ll get a personal coach to keep me hyped.” It’s also a “maybe it’s good for my heart or maybe I would be worse off if I did nothing” mindsets.
Well…..When you attempt to solve the wrong problem using the wrong solution, it sure takes a tremendous amount of energy to keep yourself motivated – and eventually you will quit.
So, thaw that metabolism, get healthy, lose weight, and feel great!
