I have a bad experience with this company, I made an order $ 200 since 4 months, I dont received nothing or refunded, no answer from customer service disappointed.

Even when I have difficulty to learn and press attention , I learn a lot with the videos and know that the he describes things are very accurate , truthful and a very healthy way.

Been watching you for 6 months, followed much of your advice and I am 54 and healthier than ever. Intermittent fasting is the way to go.

Thanks for making your channel and debunking many of the myths out there especially nonsense like what Jillian Michaels is spewing.
