Dr. Berg explains everything so anyone can understand the Keto and IF process. I have not found anything I can disagree with yet! Thank you for helping people without having to buy into a ‘diet’ plan that eventually won’t work.

I found Dr. Eric Berg online as I was looking for natural health options and I’ve learned so much from your videos! I suffer with psoriasis and the medication recommend from my doctors had side affects that I wanted to avoid. I was educated on cause of my symptoms/psoriasis from Dr. Berg’s YouTube videos. Now that I understand the cause I can work on my health naturally! You are helping so many people through YouTube and now I refer others to your videos. Thank you so much for all that you do!!

As I’ve been doing the Keto diet, Dr Berg and Thomas Delauer are the 2 I watch and learn from the most. Dr Berg is very informative, and thorough. I’ve applied many of the things that he (and Thomas) have put forth, and am down 17 lbs since January 1st. I’m excited for my accomplishments thus far, and am looking forward to future videos, and messages teaching me more.

As a Registered Nurse we are not taught much about homeopathic medicine and many current physicians do not practice it due to the way our healthcare system is funded(pharmaceutical companies gain).
