Dr. Berg’s free content has been instrumental in helping me through the process of becoming fat adapted on the ketogenic diet. I’m always excited to see his new videos on YouTube which are published very frequently and are always informative. I’m down 33 lbs. in four months and feel better than I have in many years.

He isn’t a licensed medical doctor. Don’t be fooled by google reviews. Look up his actual medical background… Has no real medical education

. . . consistently exudes high levels of professionalism w/ equal parts kindness, balanced with expansive knowledge w/in the realm of abundant natural resources, especially, practiced in contemporary society. Dr. Berg reminds me of a brilliant force of light, noticed, even, through the darkest of veils. Seriously, he may be “the one” to harmonize the laziness and contamination amid “wellness”, today. Thank you, for reading my strong opinion in his favor 🙂
