Very helpful info on the keto diet

Dear Dr. Berg, I have been following your youtube videos for more than 6 months now. From your videos, I started with recognising my body type – which was adrenal body type – and first started learning to de-stress myself and bring the cortisol down by recognising what stresses me out. I gave myself more sleep to begin with. I did more yoga than push myself on high intensity workouts. Also the importance of giving the gap between the workouts. Thanks to your videos I could do what was best for my body.

Then I started on the intermittent fasting 6months ago, with only about 70% commitment at the beginning, I must admit. I have not even started with ketogenic diet yet. I wanted to take it as small baby steps as possible to not overwhelm myself and end up quiting the process. So I only regulated my eating to 2 meals a day within an 8hr window. I haven’t pushed myself at any step or monitored so much about how much carbs I take. Of course I didn’t stuff myself either. Then I gave myself rewards for sticking to the decisions – like an ice cream treat (yes, an ice cream treat for sticking to weight loss regime) or I could get myself some new clothes, etc. The most rewarding experience was recently, I realised I could buy clothes that are 2 sizes smaller. I am still having my chocolates and sweets. I have started doing yoga twice a week and started to walk 15mins twice a week.

Recently everyone around me has been complimenting on my weight loss and my skin… I am so inspired to take it to the next level now by slowly getting into a ketogenic diet and also nutrient rich food. Now this step seems more doable and it is not such a humongous task. I must thank you for giving that permission through your informative videos that I could inch my way through this without making it tough with drastic diet plans. You made it so realistic and achievable.

Even though I am still on my journey I am writing this review now at this juncture as I have already seen tremendous changes. This has been so easy that I am inspired to do this more consciously – by making the diet ketogenic and cutting down on the sugar.

Thank you Dr. Berg. I have been telling a lot of people about your videos that if you have noticed lot more traffic to your website and videos, I think you need to give me some money. Hahaha. Just kidding.

In fact, I am so happy to spread the word about your work as it has transformed my body. So thank you for all the videos clarifying so many aspects of the body. I have a better relationship with my body now. So far I have only followed the free videos and I have seen my body getting back into shape just following simple suggestions of Dr. Berg.

Around beginning of 2017 just by chance I saw one of dr. Berg`s videos about insulin resistance ,It made sence so I subscribed and since then I lost 8 kg . I’ve been talking about him everywhere because I believe in him , my lifestyle has changed to a much better one. Before that I thought that’s my destiny to live a short life with so much physical and weight problems. He is my god .

Dr Berg is amazing. He is highly knowledgeable and funny and down to earth. Dr Berg is the first address for understanding the magic of Intermittent Fasting and Keto, and how you can cure your health problems for good. He also has products to support the food programme. Berg has a very strong message, well supported with scientific evidence and void of the fear culture instilled in us by the diet-lobbyists. Dr Berg is a very good address to help us all recover from the over-eating epidemic that only the food industry benefits from. Thank you Dr Berg!

Dr. Berg’s common sense and simple approach to the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting helped me go from a 36 inch waist (and growing) to a 32 inch waist (and currently shrinking) while losing 40+ pounds from 215 to 175. I’m a 50 year old male and couldn’t figure out why my usual diet and workouts were not working anymore (testosterone decrease and insulin resistance were the answers). My bodyfat has fallen to 17% and still dropping from in the 20’s. I appreciate all of his FREE advice and recommend anyone who is struggling to lose weight and KEEP It OFF to check him out. He does sell some of his online products on his videos, but he ALWAYS shows you where you can buy the items or make them with recipes at home. His keto-friendly dessert recipes he shares on youtube with his wife are delicious. Thank you Dr. Berg and I hope for you a super successful and blessed 2018.

Dr Berg, Tthank you so much for all you do! My brother In law is the one that talked to me about you, keto and If. He told me do your research. You have helped me in so many ways. I did not weight for a couple of months and inches were just talking of I have been keto and IF since Aug24, I have lost 49lbs. I feel better than I have in 20 years. I has to retire in April due to Meiners Disease. I wish I would have know about this sooner. I am only 54 and I have had terrible episodes for 3 years since I was diagnosed. When I retired I got off all pharmaceutical meds. And I started to feel better. They gave me so many that made me like a zombie. Dr said we will just keep trying different stuff. I HATED all of them. They never relieved any of my symptoms. Since I started keto and IF I feel better than I have in 20 years. I have had 1 episode and an trying all natural stuff.
