I’ve been watching Dr Berg’s educational vidoes on YouTube and he is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. His information is backed by proof, he explains everything clearly and it’s easy to understand. I do both keto and intermittent fasting and it works wonders. If I have a question, I simply reference his videos. Thank you for all you do Dr. Berg! Can’t wait for any other courses (keto, intermittent fasting, thyroidism, diabetes, Insulin, glucose, weightloss, etc) you will offer and hopefully soon its with a certification!

SENSIBLE: …. Dr Berg’s videos on YouTube are very helpful to losing weight. His advise is sensible, better than other doctors on youtube. He has many short clear explanations of the science involved with the ketogenic diet. I have lost 32 lbs. so far with only 10 to go, using the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. I was/am a carbohydrate addict and eating this way has stopped the cravings which ruin every other diet.

….. YouTube has some crazy vloggers, who push extreme diets and exercise. Other doctors push their products and say everybody needs what they sell. Dr. Berg offers his products too but I’ve lost my weight without those, just by following his good advice. Thank you so much, Dr Berg.

I have been a keen follower of Dr. Berg’s Youtube Channel & his content has proven to be the most insightful amongst all the health & fitness content that is out there. He has busted so many myths which have been ingrained in our heads because of corporations pushing their agendas.
