i appreciate your simple , straight forward approach….many …way to many intentionally complicate the issue…its more of minipulation and control with a good portion of guilt. If they fix the problem they lose a customer ( and can’t sell you their over priced fake food ). This makes sense and becomes a life style not a fad crash diet…thank you

Dr. Berg is a plethora of knowledge. What better source of information could you get than to learn from someone who has cured themselves from so many conditions?

I really like what Dr. Berg is sharing with his videos. So many people have commented how he has changed their lives for the better. I’m going to try to get myself healthy and hopefully lose weight as a byproduct.
