Dr Berg has been a tremendous help to me!!! My only regret is that he doesn’t live close enough i can be a patient of his. But his videos have helped me more than any doc ive seen.

Dr. Berg,

I have come across one of your videos on YouTube by pure chance, while researching kito.

I have watched 7, or 8, of your videos in one shot, and loved every single one of them – how clearly and simply you give the information in them.

Before I knew it, I, somehow, found myself a week into the intermittent fasting, and guess what – something really good is going on, I am feeling it happening in my body, but I can’t explain what it is. I just know that it is good, I am receiving some signals from inside, if I may say so, and they are good.

I know, I am in the beginning of it, but, I can confirm it works. It kicks in almost immediately. I can have one meal a day, or 1.5, or 2, and I can go 15 – 16 hours without it. Yesterday, it was almost 18 hours of feeling good, and not really that hungry before even my first meal of the day.

You have 5 times the five stars from me, Dr. Berg. Thank you for your honesty, and decency. That you are an honorable man, and not trying to capitalize on people in distress, like the big farma does, but honestly and truthfully tell, and explain, them what is going on, why, and what they should do about it.
