I’m a Dentist in Portland Oregon. I have been watching Dr Eric Bergs videos for about 4 months. I have lost to this point 28lbs. I’m really close to my goal weight but plan on going further and staying on this new way of eating. It’s not hard at all. Intermittent fasting and keeping close track of what I eat is key to losing weight.

I had tried many different diets. Was successful but was never successful at keeping it off. Before with other “diets” I could hardly wait to get off that diet so I could eat “regular food again”. Guess where I ended up? It was slow but managed to get fat again.

I feel so much better!! In every way!! I will later drop the intermittent fasting but will continue with the Keto way of eating. It just makes good medical sense. We have been poisoning ourselves with our American way of eating for far too long. I also recommend watching the “Magic Pill” it’s available on Net Flix. Talk about an I opener. No other agenda that I can see exists by making that film but to change the way we think about food and our big business consumer money machine that tries to tell us what’s good for us. What a scam!

Thank you Dr. Berg for your inspiring and informative videos!! I recommend them to my patients and family members who are struggling to get in better health by reducing their fat by changing they way think about nutrition.

In the health domain, Dr. Berg is my alpha male. I have benefitted from him and my entire family reaps the benefits of his advice and research. I live in Pakistan and I also use his supplements. There hasn’t been a single event where his advice might have put me or my family or anyone that I know at a risk or disadvantage. You sure are a person that practices what he preaches.
