His youtube videos have been extremely helpful and has introduced me to a healthy way to do interval fasting and keto combined. In just 4 weeks I’ve lost 12 pounds and do not feel hungry or low on energy, like so many other weight loss plans. My blood sugar has been more stable and I have more energy, concentration, productivity at work, I’m sleeping better, etc. I do not have high blood sugar but have experienced serious drops often between meals when I wait to long and I haven’t had that happen (not even once) since starting IF. I don’t know the science behind it, but it works!
