I stared a Keto diet almost 2 weeks ago, n watch many YouTubers introduction videos n nearly all often refer to explanations from Dr. Eric Berg on many of the beneficial n correct/proper n healthy ways to dose. He is berry clrear explonation n easy to follow. I recommend you all to check some of his videos even if u are not on a keto diet it still has many good advice.

Dr. Berg is a plethora of great information and valuable knowledge.

Dr. Berg is my “go to” holistic doctor. If you have had your gall bladder removed and suffer diarrhea about 30-40 minutes after eating, Dr. Berg’s gall bladder formula may solve that problem for you.
