Dr. Berg is the most knowledgeable nutritionist on youtube. He uses his whiteboard to communicate complex concepts easy. To tell you from my heart he is 95% right on all issues. The 5% is due to me not willing to change to his reasonable recommendations. Of all his supplement i use his “Adrenal and Cortisol Support” formula every morning – it works very well for me. Also, he is generous enough to recommend supplements outside of his product line and every of his recommendation has a small positive impact on my mood, weight and other clinical parameters. I wish he had an office in San Francisco so i can visit him. Also, i very rarely recommend professional services, but Dr. Berg is my hero – i have lost 20 lbs on cetogenic diet and improved my mood Dr. Berg recommended supplements. Watch all of his videos!!!

i want to say that i was so lucky to find someone competent like dr. berg; because for me i consider him the only one who gave me the answer about why all my efforts in the past to lose weight gone with wind. so he taught me how to fix that and many other issues i suffered for years till i realized how to deal with them once and for all by watching his videos and guess what; all that for free. rami from jordan
