Hello Dr. Eric Berg. I’ve just watched your videos on intermittent fasting, as the next course of my diet. I must say that your videos are very helpful.
I could understand it clearly now what intermittent fasting is all about, due to your simple but compact content delivery, and science facts which you’ve made easy to understand. What I love most is the content on your whiteboard with the diagrams and notes, which made it so easy to connect what you’re saying to what is actually happening. That truly makes your content so much easier to understand and most importantly, memory retention.
I appreciate your time and effort to produce these amazing content with high production quality (clear audio, content narration, lighting, camera works, editing). I ended up watching more of your videos from that one video on intermittent fasting.

Dr. Berg is a wealth of knowledge saving people’s lives daily. He has tons of free you tube videos where he explains the best way possible for anyone and I do mean anyone to lose weight. I have lost 120 pounds following his advice and the entire keto-intermittent fasting lifestyle. I am no longer diabetic and take no insulin and no meds for it as well. My BP and cholesterol in normal and good ranges. When I don’t follow my diet I will be at a stall for forever. Watch his videos and learn to save your own life. That’s what I did. You should too! I love Dr. Berg and look forward to meeting him at his clinic.
He provides great content on youtube that one can practice and scrutinize them self.

Thank you dr. Berg. You cured my acid reflux, and my hypertension. I always recommend you to friends and colleagues when they have an issue, and you have always been able to help them. I am now starting my keto diet combined with intermittent fasting (1 meal per day). I have 80 lbs to lose to get back to my weight of 8 years ago… thank you. Sincerely Paul.
You’re not going to find a more user-friendly source of facts about ketosis, weight loss, insulin and diabetes, intermittent fasting, and the endocrine system. Great videos really educated me on the principles of weight loss. On his older plan (7 Principles of Fat Burning), I lost about 30 change-of-life lbs and during that time I was never hungry, ate a lot, actually, and felt GREAT. I also used some of the supplements available from his weight management business in Virginia. The gall bladder supplement is fantastic for bloating and some digestive issues. Then he updated the weight loss plan to make it more effective to more people, and I took off the final 4 lbs that took me back to my fighting weight. Let me just say that the cartel of the sugar and corn lobby and the AMA are probably doing all they can to debunk his research and work. My blood tests now show that I am in excellent health.
