I’ve been watching Dr. Berg’s videos on YouTube for a few years now and I’ve taken a lot of his advice. I’m starting the keto diet today but not buying the kit he recommends. I don’t fault him for being a business man but his videos are great and I get a lot of information and help from him absolutely free.

I watch and practice Dr Berg’s advise on his wonderful YouTube videos. Can praise him high enough. He has helped me finding more health and enough knowledge to regain control of my food and my life. Thank you Dr. Berg!
