Excellent and informative. Dr. Berg explains Keto and the physiology of how your body and internal systems respond in such an effective, easy to understand manner. I have learned more about insulin resistance, intermittent fasting, hormones and how everything works, or rather, how it should work in a perfectly functioning body, for which Dr. Berg offers a clear roadmap.

This is the best over view I have seen for beginners! I will share it!

Thanks to Dr. Berg i am now loosing weight and shedding the pounds down week by week by following his advices on a successful Intermittent Fasting . There were days that i felt low and non motivated and was thinking to quit but his advices shoot my notification board everyday . its like he knows what im going through and he gives the advice of the day how to keep on going and wait for the benefits of the fasting. My appetite has gone down a lot during the day, i am comfortable eating at the window that i have set to my Intermittent Fasting and i feel fully satisfied. The results are amazing by combining my IF with exercise. All thanks to the HowTo-s that i find on his YouTUBE Videos. Dr Berg is indeed a guy to follow his advice (At least about Intermittent Fasting) cuz it does really give results. Im sure he does a pretty good job about other health matters. Thank You Dr. Berg.

His videos are SO helpful. And very easy to understand. Everything I was wondering about keto & intermittent fasting was answered in his videos
