This man has helped me and my whole family lose weight and get healthy. I lost that stubborn weight 25 lbs just by following him on YouTube. He gives free information and educates his listeners and patients. My father is not prediabetic just following Dr. Bergs advice. My sister in law was pre diabetic, AINT NO MO!!! Because she follows Dr. Bergs Keto and Intermittent fasting program. I can tell Dr. Berg and his wife genuinely cares about people and wants to make a difference.
There are a lot of quacks and kooks on the internet these days. Without doing a bit of independent research on your own to weed-out the wheat from the chaff, so to speak, one can find one’s self going down some weird rabbit holes. I have been researching and studying many fads and diets and theories about health and weight loss, and have come across many of the latest and greatest fads out there. I have a background in biology and chemistry as well as anatomy/physiology. My knowledge is quite basic, as it is only from college level courses. But with that knowledge one gains the ability to at least be able to detect B.S. when it is being preached. Generally, if one takes the effort to do their own research, it becomes fairly easy to determine if something passes the smell test. I will say up-front, that Dr. Eric Berg passes the smell test. You can take the data he espouses and do additional research and come to your own conclusions. But you will find he has done his homework. He knows more about bio-chemistry and physiology than many others who claim to be experts. Dr. Berg’s ideas can easily be confirmed by doing YOUR own homework. He, fortunately, is one of the best resources for fitness and nutrition I have discovered. So, you don’t have to take my word, do your own research and use your own intellect and you will discover, as I have, that he knows about that which he teaches. He is almost encyclopedic in my opinion.
I lost 11kg easily thanks to Dr Berg’s advice on Intermittent fasting.
Dr. Berg is one Amazing graceful man. He shares his knowledge to help and improve the lives of his fellow humans. I’m on the keto with intermittent fasting and I feel alive again. My mental and physical wellbeing have improved dramatically. I am forever grateful. The world is a much better place because people such as Dr. Berg share the love through their passion.
Dr. Berg is a 100% class act, he has mastered the topic of nutrition and how to explain what we should and what we should not eat and when and when not. Nobody has ever explained this topic so clearly and so simply. I am benefitting from improved health, superb metabolic numbers, slimmer body, more strength, less memory loss, and all around in terrific shape with much more upside ahead.
I started Keto dieting and am comfortable doing it because I actually really understand it after learning it from Dr., Berg. It’s really all about keto diet/ intermittent fasting, insulin resistance, and eating correctly all the time. Basically complete lifestyle change, and not going back. Nothing less. Keep up this best in class education. You are helping so many people. Me included. And so many people that I have told about you.
