From the first time I was at one of his live seminars I loved him. He has a great way of teaching so that the audience gets it. Now he has a YouTube channel that explains in simple terms what to do for better living! Thank You Dr. Berg! I know making videos are a lot of work.

After years of failed attempts to lose weight. Somehow I came across Dr Berg videos on YouTube. They changed my life forever. We have been lied to for so many years on our health and how to stay healthy. After following his keto and I.F. videos. I feel better. Think better. And the weight just fell off. Thank you 1000 times over.

For the most up-to-date, accurate and insightful approach to all metabolic diseases and the role that Nutrition plays in it. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Berg. Respect.

I’ve learned so so much. Thank you Dr. Berg for taking the time to educate us. May God continue to give you the knowledge and resources to share.

One stop solution .

I felt tired most of the time , could not understand the reason because I was regular with exercise , never took junk food or alchohal and ate low carb ,home made meals.

Still

I was diagnosed with gall bladder sludge .

Started watching his videos ,

Got rid of sludge using a combination of medicine ( 1 month ) and liver friendly food such as beatroot juice ,

Lime and apples etc .

After watching Dr. Bergs videos , I realised that my diet had some flaws given below :-

1 Greens (took too little )

2 vegetables ( took only 2 cups )

3 B 12 and omega 3 missing

4 took fruits and commercial whey protein pre and post workouts

5 was eating 5-6 times a day

6 neglected electrolytes

7 took synthetic over the counter vitamin C

tablets

8 took calcium tablets daily

9 took 8 eggs daily and lots of plant protein

Changes made after watching his videos

1 take wheat grass , nutritional yeast and lemon or goose berry juice daily

2eat more veggies say 4- 5 cups

3 take B 12 and fish oil daily

4 take nothing as pre and post workout and organic whey protein only once in a day

5 only 3 meals in a day

6 take magnesium in tablet form and eat potassium rich foods

7 no calcium tablet but take vitamin D 3 with vitamin K 2 every week

8 stopped taking Synthetic vitamin C and take it

In form of fresh fruits and berries.

9 reduces my protein intake

10 realise after watching video that my headache was caused by sinus issues and it was not related to head so took homeopathic treatment for sinus

11 take 1 milk thistle tablet after lunch

Only problem is that I can not do keto and intermittent fasting but I will try .

Also I still eat 1-2 Friuits every day coz I am a woman and can not let my hormones go haywire because of nutritional deficiencies.

I am in my forties ,57 kg and height 5 feet 4 inces .

Need to loose last 3 kgs .

Headaches disappeared, liver is normal .

I feel more energetic and healthy and content than I have ever felt in my whole life .

Dr. Berg’s videos are the BEST. I like that they are simple, easy to understand and that his suggestions WORK. I have changed the way I eat and EASILY lost weight because of what I’ve learned from him. I look forward to his videos. I’m blessed with GREAT health.
