Love Dr. Eric Berg videos, my husband just start this week the keto diet and his videos help as a lot to undestend what is about, how it’s the correct way to do it and what not to do, specially it helps me because I’m the one who’s doing his food so I also have to undestend how it works. the advices are great and helpful I will keep watching his videos for more information.
