I particularly want to thank Dr Berg for his insights about eating just two meals a day … I have never felt better. He explained at length the reasons why this can be beneficial (alongside proper sleep, eating greens, and no snacking) and I love starting my day with a big breakfast and ending my day with a wonderful meal, and just cruising with nothing in between. I wish I had discovered this years ago. A big thank you to Dr Berg for all that he does, and his lightness of being – a truly wonderful teacher, healer and humanitarian.
