I lost 31 pounds and counting ,

I enioy watching your videoe. Thery are generally short, but not very simple for every viewer–specifically, non native speakers.

More than a “diet doctor” clinic, this is in fact a wellness support organization. The emphasis is on helping individuals learn how to get and stay healthy, and it was the education component that drew me to enroll. I have not been to the clinic many times yet, but everyone I have interacted with has been respectful, pleasant, and helpful. There is a lot more client support than I’ve previously found at many medical practices. There is a lengthy intake form to help clinic staff know what the goals of treatment are. I realize that a part of the YouTube presence is definitely marketing for the business, however, the many, relatively long videos are also remarkably useful in self-care. I feel like the costs of treatments are reasonable given the enormous giving-back to the general public that those videos provide. I have only been following the approach for around a month, but I already feel a significant degree better.

Very informative and appreciate it very much as there are so much to learn and understand about what to do to keep you healthy.

The webinar on How To Lose Some Serious Weight – With KETOSIS, was interesting but also appeared to “gloss over” some ranges in giving “absolutes” as facts. For example, stating that “Blood Sugar MUST be 100”. As my weight crept up the scale so did my blood glucose level to my top number of 103. I have been exercising for 2 years now with no weight loss but my non-fasting glucose is now 83, fasting is 78. My doctor, personal trainer, etc. are pleased with this improvement and are not telling me I am hypoglycemic like Dr. Berg implies. I believe you need to be below 70 to show some symptoms of hypoglycemia; but to say you “MUST be 100” is a bit specific and unrealistic. I did like learning about fat’s purpose in the body and all of the questions that were asked throughout the webinar and at the end. Dr. Berg is generous with his time and knowledge sharing with all of us very interesting information, but that information is very absolute which is not realistic/attainable.

I love your videos and webinars, they’re so content rich! Thank you thank you thank you! I think the comments and questions on the side are too crazy though, it’s so hard to keep up with it. Perhaps you can break the webinar into segments and only field those specific questions. Like: amounts, recipes, food sensitivities, legal foods, etc. Otherwise, I like listening to you, and I trust you.
