SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
SINGLE PRODUCT REFUND: Send refund request to [email protected] Provide order # and what product(s) you would like a refund for. REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY FOR EACH SINGLE PRODUCT ORDERS AS LONG AS IT REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE IS NO NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BACK TO US!
3PACKS & 6PACK REFUND POLICY: If you place an order for multiple of ONE PRODUCT like a 3 pack or 6 pack special, you are expected to return the unopened containers at your expense to receive a refund. Email [email protected] and the shipping address will be provided. 30 day still applies.
NOTE: We recommend you order 1 of each product if you are trying it for the first time to avoid shipping back expense.
SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
International refunds: International clients have 30 days from the date the order was confirmed as delivered to receive a refund. Same rules above apply.
Orders that come back to our warehouse as UNDELIVERABLE, will get contacted and given the option to reship to a different address or get a refund. Those two options are only available for orders shipped within the United States. For International Orders that are returned back, they will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Orders that reached the warehouse cannot be cancelled. Orders are no longer editable or cancelable when they have been submitted to our warehouse. It is your responsibility to make sure the address and products you are ordering are correctly entered before submitting the order.
FREE SHIPPING (USA ORDERS ONLY)
Orders that are over $160.00 and will be shipped in the United States get offered Free Shipping. All orders placed with free shipping get shipped out within 24 hours (except on weekends) and will be shipped out using FEDEX SMARTPOST.
FedEx SmartPost is a hybrid shipping service in which FedEx will pick up packages from the shipping destination, and then hand the packages off to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for the final delivery to the end customer.
What’s unique about SmartPost is that there are two different carriers (FedEx and USPS) handling every package. One of the reasons this service was created is that, each day, the USPS is already visiting nearly every address in the United States to deliver mail, so there is efficiency and little-added cost for USPS to deliver small packages to residences, which is not necessarily the case with FedEx and UPS.
Transit time: FedEx SmartPost delivery averages between 7-10 business days. This can be longer at times so please make a note in case you need your package to arrive on a certain date. A faster option should be selected.
FedEx and UPS are offered for international orders and tracking on all services is available. The US Postal Service offers tracking on Express International shipments. No other USPS services offer reliable tracking or delivery confirmation internationally. You will often only see a “pickup” scan for services such as Priority Mail International, but not a “delivery” scan. Also consider that cross-border shipments must go through the customs security measures. The customs bureau of every country has the right to stop any shipment and charge a fee. Drberg.com is not responsible for any custom fee that you may incur. This is your responsibility. The shipping cost that you paid does not include any customs or export fees.
Transit time for international orders varies. It could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks, or longer, depending on the country's rules and regulations. This is out of our control.
