1 cup olive oil (or avocado)
¼ cup white vinegar
2 tbl red wine vinegar
1 tbl chopped garlic
2 tbl finely chopped onion
2 tbl finely chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp oregano
¼ marjoram
Pinch red pepper flakes.
Add ground black pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake. Refrigerate for several weeks.
