I found you on YouTube. Have always been a believer in fasting. Did it twice in my early 20's and felt great afterward. I have always been able to "not eat" w/o it bothering me. Anyway, life happens, the years fly by, and the next thing you know you are 30 lbs overweight at the age of 66 yrs. Well, 4 months ago I fasted for a week, except for fluids. Felt great. I then decided to change my eating habits. For breakfast, I have 8-10 chunks of pineapple, 8 oz. of 50/50 blend of fresh lemon juice/H2O зlus 8 of fresh cara cara orange juice to go along with my vitamins. Then I'm good until dinner, it helped me to reduce in size. Cut down on red meat, more fish. Long story short, I have lost over 20 lbs. Feel great. I will keep you posted. And thank you so much.
