I’m a 63-year-old woman who is very overweight. I began this journey at 174.4 pounds at 5’3”” tall. I do intermittent fasting 4:30pm-4:00pm.OMAD. I started in February and I got down to 161.4 pounds.I even caught a cold and flu during this time! I think I ate too much meat. During the cold time I didn’t get much exercise. I’ve always struggled with weight loss. I really blew it over Easter weekend! My goal is 125-130 lbs. most of my weight is in the upper body. Thanks for all the great videos! You are a God send.
