Keto Creamy Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cooked pulled chicken breast

2 Tbsp celery, chopped

¼ cup red onion

1 Tbsp lemon juice

½ cup mayonnaise 

1 Tbsp yellow mustard

2 tsp fresh dill, chopped

1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp black pepper

 

6 to 8 romaine heart leaves for plating

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except romaine and mix well.

  2. Serve with romaine leaves or in a keto wrap and enjoy.
