Keto Muddy Buddies

- 1 bag (7 oz / 207 mL) pork rinds
- ¼ cup / 59.15 mL sugar-free peanut butter
- 1½ Tbsp / 22.18 mL unsalted butter
- 6 oz / 29.57 mL sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup / 237 mL monk fruit powdered sweetener
On a large baking sheet, break pork rinds into bite-sized pieces.
Place peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring every time until fully melted and combined, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour mixture over the pork rinds, mixing by hand to fully coat.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup powdered sweetener over the muddy buddies.
Flip mixture over and coat again with the remaining powdered sweetener.
Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes, then enjoy!
