Started Keto January 2019. Weighed 210. Now 175. Feel more energized and clearer thinking. Usually do 2 days a week of Intermitent Fasting. (18-24 hrs). One meal a day. Use electrolyte powder and huge salads with meals. Do cardio everyday from 30 minutes on easy days and 2-3 days a week 1 hr of running. Weight training twice a week. Have eliminated starchy foods bread pasta grains and milk. Eat nuts and peanut butter for snacks. Have eliminated fruits due to high sugar but would like to add small amounts of blackberry raspberry and strawberries in summer. In smoothie with kale and almond milk.
